ฟ้อง error An Unexpected

ผมเปิดไฟล์ excel ไว้ แล้วมี error "an unexpected error has occurred. autorecover has been disabled for this session of excel"
เกิดจากอะไรครับ และต้องทำอย่างไรครับ ค้นหาที่ google ให้แก้ อย่างนี้ครับ
1. Open the file in Excel
2. Go to File: Save
3. Change the Save As type to Web Page (.html), save and close the file
4. Open the .html file in Excel
5. Save the file as .xls or .xlsx (with a new name so the original isn't lost)
ถูกต้องมั้ยครับ

ถ้าถูกต้องมันจะไม่ Error ไม่ทราบว่ายัง Error อยู่หรือไม่ครับ

ทำสำเนาไว้หลาย ๆ ไฟล์แล้วลองกับไฟล์ที่เป็นสำเนาดูครับ
