Hi All
I am a new member.Thanks for joining the nice group concerning Excel matter.
I am an accountant.I love to use Excel.
Now I encounter a problem with clear advance.
I am stuck on sheet inputDatas in highlight cell.
I need your help to do calculation this cell.
I also need you to review my journal ledger and as well as you can make any amendment both design and format in any sheets.I will improve it to look more professional as the experts in this group.

Please provide the correct result on your target cell and please explain what your conditions for finding that value.

For example in Sheet inputDatas
Supply in relevant cells accordingly
Advance 100$
On invoice 90 $
Accrued expense 50$
Withholding tax 5$
So in sheet AdvanceLiquidate the entry would be
Dr Accru exp 50$
Dr expense. 45$
Dr Suspense. 10$
Cr withholding tax 5$
Cr advance. 100$

Sorry. I can't imagine what cell that you refer to. Please put the correct value on your target cells and attach your example file again.

I have input data in inputDatas sheet
cell calculation is in the same sheet cell L5.
Please check sheet AdvLiq is not correct Debit not equal to Credit.
