I need a help from you. Could anyone give any formula to count last working day(count last "worked") by each row.

The result also given in column BR

Try at BR4
=INT((COUNTA(A4:BN4)-MAX(INDEX(COLUMN(C4:BN4)*(C4:BN4="Not worked"),)))/2)

Could you explain your formula?
