แสดงสีตามเงื่อนไขวันที่

ผมได้ส่งไฟล์แนบมาให้ดูว่าจะแสดงเงื่อนไขตามวันที่ได้อย่างไรครับ
ผมได้ส่งไฟล์แนบมาให้ดูว่าจะแสดงเงื่อนไขตามวันที่ได้อย่างไรครับ
ลองตามนี้ครับ1. คลุม A4:AG4
2. เข้าเมนู Home > Conditional Formatting > Manage Rule
3. คลิก Edit Rule > Use a formula to determine which cells to format
4. ตรงช่อง Format values where this formaula is true: คีย์สูตร = A4 = Today() > คลิกปุ่ม Format แล้วกำหนดตามต้องการ > OK
5. คลิก New rule > Use a formula to determine which cells to format
6. ตรงช่อง Format values where this formaula is true: คีย์สูตร = A4 = Today()+5 > คลิกปุ่ม Format แล้วกำหนดตามต้องการ > OK > OK
